Abstract Dragon had been worshiped as a noble and mysterious sign in ancient Chinese society.
It was a spiritual symbol for Taoists.
robes to show their authority and power. However, the images of Dragon were differently
designed between Ming and Qing dynasties. The Dragon in Ming implied the emperors'
intention and eager of physical immortality. Whereas the worship of Dragon in Qing was
mainly used for a political purpose to rule the Han Race in China and it worked well.
