Lin was attacked heavily by Heat and failed. It shows that he is also human and he
is not holy. It makes his story with flesh and blood, not just an empty spirit. Jesus
was whipped, tortured, nailed, and stabbed by a spear, but he was not degraded.
Instead, he was elevated by God for being a human. Jesus death makes him closer
to us and we can feel it. Jeremy Lin was beaten and we can identify more with
him. Above all, in victory, he was humble. In defeat, he was persevering. In
insults, he forgives. In relationships, he praise others. In team work, he gives
credits to others. He is a sublime model of positive thinking! One of the best
educational story for all our children!
