With 7 Golds, Caeleb Dressel Ties Phelps' Record At Swimming Worlds

The 20-year-old University of Florida swimmer won his seventh gold medal at the FINA World Championships on Sunday. The day before, Dressel set a record all his own: three gold medals in one night.
