Trump Reiterates Openness To Talks With North Korea At 'Appropriate Time'

President Trump said any talks with North Korea would have to be "under the right circumstances." He spoke to South Korea's leader on Wednesday, after the two Koreas held high-level talks.

In a phone call with South Korean President Moon Jae-in, President Trump once again expressed his willingness to hold talks between the U.S. and North Korea "at the appropriate time, under the right circumstances," according to a White House .
