'Stop playing,' 14-year-old tells friend before getting shot in the arm

CHICAGO - A 14-year-old boy shot another 14-year-old in the arm after asking for his cellphone, then shot himself in the leg as he ran away Monday night in the Back of the Yards on the South Side, according to Chicago police.
