I’ve observed the Western world become more and more passionate about what goes into our gobs. But there’s a vital memo we seem to have missed: caring about food means we also need to care about how much food we’re wasting.

If wasted food was in the world, after the US and China! The number one contributor to this? Us, the consumers.
