You are never too far from a stretch where you can legally overtake, plus if seen and stopped by the authorities you have given them a big excuse to examine your loud pipes, smaller than legal number plates. etc. Today, a grey rainy one, I witnessed two bikers, one wearing shades and the other an illegally dark visor.
