Started out to be a good book, good information, good advice, based on medical aspects.
The talk about different personalities and how they effect people is really worth wile.
Then the Christian preaching started, not much at first enough to say, ok, can deal with that and get how you thank good for heeling and pray.
However after a while it no longer become about how to help stress but bible verses, after bible verse on aspects of how in god words you can lower your stress and how to act in ways that are in the eyes of god, good for both you and god, and help you lower stress. Chapters to read in your bible. Fantastic if this is what you like and are after.
Some of his against god stress coursing thing however are questionable and are bias and are on self ideas and opinions.
If this is your thing than I would highly recommend this book to you.
If not then do not bother.
Personally felt really tricked by this author as took the fact that it was meant to be written by a Dr on face value that it would be more medical base not faith base information.
I could not get past Chapter 10 as it had become nothing but talks about the bible.
I have nothing against his faith or how the author feels about his faith, however would of rather it be very clear that this book was about faith with a side of medical information.
