- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Makes total sense. As I was reading this I felt like she was talking to me. I eat very healthy, I eat 1,200-1,600 calories a day and I workout 40-45 minutes a day yet I gain weight. I look forward to trying this. My sister has lost 55 lbs following it. I'm glad someone has said forget the calories and has a plan to fix my metabolism that I have screwed up over the years.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5How do you review a diet book without actually trying the diet? I guess by how convincing the author is. And the author of this book is convincing. It all sounds very logical, especially explanations why the most popular diets don't work. There is a lot of repeating and instructions are not very detailed (I went online and noticed that a lot of people are confused at particular details - or lack thereof - of this diet). Still, overall is a very interesting and logical diet idea. Now I just need to follow instructions.
