The book contains everything in it from how fucked up is the industry of meat and dairies to what you could choose to eat as a replacement. It even includes some exercises on meditation. Count that this was written in 2015 and ever since , veganism exploded in options. Stay vegan & healthy.

Russell comes at it from all major points of view: animal compassion, environmental and health. He also discusses how, for many, it's an evolution...a step at a time and how a "slip up" of a bite or meal that's not vegan doesn't mean you must no longer be vegan. You begin again, recommit and enjoy great vegan food again.
