- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is very important that alcoholiism is an illness and people need help who suffer from this disease. Diabetes is also an illness and people get help with that, so why not alcoholism receive the same help in societty level? Myself was a big alcohol drinker through 29 years and stopped it for good in March 2018. At the moment I am searching for the secrets of my addiction and this book helps a lot. This book recovers the function of the brain and gives scientific background and explanations of alcoholism. It is also very useful that this book shows a way back to the normal life. All people shold read this book, people need more information how they can regain self-esteem. Highly recommended.
