    Cara has written this book in a style that makes you feel like she's right in your living room, talking to you. I found myself close to tears a few times in this book because she reminded me of truths about myself I had not practiced because I got caught up in all the negative self-talk and limiting beliefs I had about myself. I will listen to this book again and again because it serves to remind me that I can do anything I want, even lose this weight. I recommend it for anyone on a weight loss and, more importantly, a personal self-exploratory journey. I raise my glass to Cara, to her sharing her story and insight with me through this book, and to anyone else who's found themselves here. Cheers.
