Specializing in Jazz, Modern...view moreAva van Aarde is first and foremost, a dancer. She's been dancing since she was 4 years old, and has done so professionally for most of her adult life. Specializing in Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Ballroom, Latin American, and then Arab Dance (Belly Dance), she's given four decades of her life to the fleeting perfection of movement.
She developed the "Healing through Movement" TM Programme, as a Life Coaching strategy for women dealing with trauma, infertility with specific origins, and as a Dance Teacher, she specializes in working with Professional Teachers and Performers.
She lives in an old suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa, with her wife, Symi, their toddler, their three dogs and three cats, and you'll probably find them somewhere in the garden if the weather permits.view less
