Anne Pen Lee is a trained chef, who learned the art of food presentation at award-winning Hopgoods Restaurant in Nelson, New Zealand.
Pen and Lee have been partners for 16 years, during which time Pen has integrated Lee’s knowledge of functional, healthy nutrition into her culinary preparations, resulting in beautifully-presented, sumptuous and delicious culinary creations. At the Split Apple Retreat, Pen offers optional functional food cooking lessons which are very popular with guests.
