- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This book is really bad and if I was new to this concept her recipes would deter me. Who wants to eat 4 bannanas for dinner or a whole watermelon as a meal? There is no creativity and with this book you will definitely miss eating processed foods and meats. But at least she is honest and admits that you will need to do further research. I would call this a quick sit on the toilet read .
