About this ebook

Unresolved issues from our past are one of the major causes of unhappiness and dis-ease. Healing unloving or hurtful relationships with ourselves and others is the most crucial step to be taken in our lives. This book will give you instructions and exercises that will help you forgive and release the trauma that causes illness. Forgive and feel free and at peace!

"I am the man that you helped the other night in San Diego, the ”little boy” who watched his Dad leave for work for a week at a time. Even though it wasn't such a traumatic event at the time, you brought it out to the surface that it was the first time I had felt anxiety. An anxiety that I have been carrying subconsciously all my life into adulthood! Searching for a way to calm and soothe that ”little boy”, in my case with alcohol every time that anxiety floated into my subconscious. The techniques you showed me along with talking with my Dad and accepting him as a loving person in his own way has done tremendous help for me.
Thank you again y que Dios la bendiga.
Su Amigo James"

Dr. Carolle Jean-Murat M.D.

Dr. Carolle is an intuitive healer with years of training and experience as a board-certified gynecologist who has helped thousands of women for over three decades. In her work as a traditional OBGYN Dr. Carolle became increasingly aware of the importance of helping women heal at all levels, and to not limit her focus simply on their physical complaints. As she grew to increasingly trust her growing intuition, including embracing a family history of intuitive, non-traditional healing – she continually developed her skills and ability to help others heal at a deep level that brings about profound changes that last. During a session by phone or in person she SEES the root cause of the energy drains interfering with your health, personal relationships, career or business. In the end you get a written plan to follow so you can live your life powerfully – mind, body, and soul. When you are ready, I will provide the tools you need to go within and unleash the power that resides within all of us to understand what’s going on, and bring out the healthiest, happiest and best you can be. — Dr. Carolle

Forgiveness can be defined as recognizing you have been wronged, giving up all resulting resentment, and eventually responding to the offending person with compassion and even love. Forgiving does not mean that we deny we have been wronged, nor is it condoning or excusing our abuse. The key to true forgiveness is letting go of the anger and negative feelings associated with a specific person, group, or situation.

The notion of forgiveness is not new and has been upheld by many of the world’s religion. In Christianity, it is embodied by Jesus who practiced and preached it all the way to the cross. In Judaism, Yom Kippur is a day to atone for
