100 Exercises to a Younger Body - Matthew Alimena
Special Thanks
This is a project that I have been trying to put together for a long time and needed some help from the right people to make sure you; my readers got what you are looking for. Everyone listed here helped me to stay confident, motivated and passionate about creating and finishing this product to ensure it was easy to understand and use. So here are some well-deserved thanks to my family back home, Aaron Brewer, Greg Stuetze, everyone at Galaxy Place Productions, and anyone that has been eagerly waiting for my finished guide.
100 Exercises to a Younger Body
Welcome to 100 Exercises to a Younger Body. My name is Matt Alimena and I am excited to bring you the solution to your fitness goals. I know first-hand how frustrating it can be to have no proper guidance to achieve something that seems so easy. As a matter of fact, in the years before becoming a health and fitness specialist, I was making almost no progress in my fitness goals. I mean, I worked out all the time and was very active but for some reason seemed to have plateaued. Now when we get to this point, what is usually the next action we take? We quit. It’s really nothing to be ashamed of. We naturally don’t want to waste our valuable time on something that doesn’t work so we move on to the next step or solution
. Our time is extremely important and shouldn’t be wasted. This is why I decided to help guide others to health and fitness goals when may have started to doubt were possible.
Thankfully, since you’ve decided to invest in this e-book, I’m happy to let you know you just took a step in the right direction. Before we get started though, let me clear some things up for you so we’re all on the same page. First, even though this is being marketed as an e-book
, I really hate to think of it as that. Most informational e-books are filled with a bunch of extra crap that you don’t really need, like a long story of how the author had the most difficult time in the world before discovering the secret and then sharing it with you. As I said before, your time is precious so I’m not going to waste a second of it.
What you are reading now is a guide that equips you with the tools you need for your fitness goals. You are getting the nutritional guidance and you are getting a library of exercises which includes; both pictures of the exercise being executed in steps and instructions on how to do them properly to avoid injury. How you utilize the information in this guide is up to you and you alone. One last time... THIS IS NOT A BOOK. I am writing this to show you exactly how to get started and what you need to know to reach the goals you can originally set out to achieve.
Now that you know what you’re getting into, let me tell you what’s coming up next. First and foremost, we focus on nutrition. I’m sure it’s not something you really expected to get with this guide but trust me; you need to know the basic fundamentals of good nutrition to ensure good results. After all, 80% of how you look at the end of the day comes down to what you’re eating. If you eat well then your hard work will show. Don’t worry though. Like I said before, I’m going to get to the point quickly, keep it as short and sweet as possible and move on. The main focuses in this guide are the exercises. Just remember though, a healthy diet is just as important as an effective workout routine and that’s why you’re getting a nutrition
