- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I loved Chiarello's show on TV years ago and expected to find more interesting recipes here. While Chiarello offered some interesting tips and information, most of the recipes were things I would never prepare in a home kitchen. Sea urchin? Not likely, if it were even available in the mountains of East Tennessee. Most persons will be happy perusing their library's copy of this title instead of purchasing a copy that will mostly gather dust.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5A lot of the recipes are multi-part, chef-y kinds of things, but I did copy out a few things to try. Fun to read, anyway.
