      Developed by a committee and designed for emergency medical responders in the U.S. Civilian environment, including teachers, professional and volunteer firefighters, first responders, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, nurses, doctors and law enforcement with medical training. The goal of P-TECC is to identify and treat injuries in the pediatric population with preventable causes of death and keep them alive long enough to reach the hospital.
