Part One:
I'm Leaving you
I’m leaving you.
I mean
I want to leave you.
Pack my garbage and never come back.
I’m leaving you.
I mean,
My heart can no longer stand you break it.
I’m leaving you,
I mean,
I want to pack my stuff and
Move.
But my heart won’t admit.
You’ve lied, cheated and hit me.
You’ve said sorry a million and one times and
I’ve forgiven the fists that hit my face.
Hands that thrust me on the wall and
Feet that consume my ribs.
I want to leave you
But your tongue slithers like the snake and Eve fell
From grace.
You’ve cried out to me, to the world
And it’s authorities that you never meant it.
You rub oil on my skin so delicately to ease the pain,
to make your sins
Disappear.
And you hiss in my ear that the past hour will
Never again,
Come.
You break me.
You bruise me,
Nights you lay up on me to find your pleasures
As my tears stream because a no, is my death.
I walk around town
