Description

First thing: This is part 1 of Amy’s talk with Nicole Modic (@KaleJunkie) about her love-hate relationship with her body, and how she measured her self-worth based on her physical appearance. All of this led to a long battle with compulsive eating & bulimia, that lasted through her teenage years, law school, and even in her career as a lawyer. However, true healing is possible, she is living proof of it! Second things: Adam Bobo of @AreteNashville is back to talk through the benefits of Intermittent Fasting. Amy learned that she has likely been going too many hours without food...as Bobo explains that the time frame without food should be different for men and women. Third thing: If you have kids that are fighting...you NEED to know about the “Get Along Shirt.” It could be just the thing you need to get your kids to make up as quickly as possible. Fourth thing: Amy talks with fellow radio friend Carla Marie (@theCarlaMarie) about being a female in a male dominated field and how women can often misunderstood.
