Dr. Berg talks about the danger of consuming a high fat diet. People who have a problem, health problems, due to consuming a high fat diet ALWAYS are at the same time consuming high carbs (this also goes with protein too). When you consume high amounts of dietary fat with LOW CARBS - YOU WILL not have a problem. But the combination of high fat - high carbs or high protein (high carbs dramatically spike insulin) is when you get into trouble. Doing keto (ketogenic diet) and intermittent fasting will keep you out of trouble with insulin despite high fat calories.
