Peter Moon is an American writer and publisher of esoteric subjects including time control phenomena and the quantum phenomena of synchronicity. Primarily known as the writer and publisher of the Montauk Project book series, which brought him to the attention of the Romanian publishing industry, he has recently edited the English versions of Radu’s Cinamar's work and maintains a correspondence with him and several other Romanians.
