Terms and Conditions

1. Please begin the reservation process at least 60 days in advance of your proposed travel date. 2. The Escape to Hawaii Vacation is valid for a four night hotel stay in a standard hotel room on the island of Oahu
for two adults with optional nights available on Oahu, Maui, Kauai or the Big Island for an additional fee. Some rooms can accommodate up to 4 people but additional fees will apply. 3. To be eligible for this offer, travelers must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license and a major credit card. 4. All travel is based on availability at contracted properties. There will be a prepayment of $25 per night that applies to room taxes, housekeeping and reservation processing. The prepayment for the third and fourth person is $25 per person per night, regardless of age. 5. This program is not valid on major holidays and a full 7 days before or after federal holidays, Easter and Hawaiian holidays of King Kamehameha Day in June and Statehood Day in August. Surcharges may apply for peak season & weekends. 6. This offer is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, meals or any other miscellaneous expenses. Worldwide Travel Systems can assist you with airfare, hotel transfers, car rental and local sightseeing. 7. Group travel is not permitted. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer or Worldwide Travel Systems certificate. Only 1 offer per household may be used in a 12 month period. 8. This certificate has no cash redemption value, is nontransferable and cannot be sold to the end user. This offer is valid for residents of the United States and Canada only (excluding residents of Hawaii). 9. It is the responsibility of the traveler to provide proper documentation such as passports, birth certificates, visas, photo IDs, etc. for international departure if necessary. It is important that you do not purchase any airline tickets or leave for your vacation until you receive written confirmation from the booking agency. 10. This vacation offer expires 1 year from date of registration of this certificate. Cancellation penalties apply. Activation fees, room taxes, housekeeping and reservation processing fees will be forfeited for any reservations cancelled, once they have been confirmed. Worldwide Travel Systems highly recommends travel insurance. 11. Worldwide Travel Systems and its agents do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control. 12. This offer is void where prohibited by law. No other representations, oral of otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. 13. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

The estimated cost associated with this vacation: $79.95 p.p. non-refundable registration fee, $50 refundable deposit fee due when submitting validation form at the start of the booking process and hotel taxes based on location selected. ($50 minus $10 processing fee is refunded)
