Studentslearnabouttheimportanceofclearcommunicationwhenwritingemails,asfacialandvocalcuesare absentonline.Studentsthenlearnaboutgoodwaystocommunicatebyemail,andusethesestrategiestoedit anemailmessage.Finally,studentspracticewritingunclearemailsfordifferentaudiencestodemonstratethe importanceofeffectivecommunication.
