INTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER- UGANDA There is a vacancy for the above position.

Purpose of the position: To manage Corporate and Individual clients retention and to drive revenue growth in assigned portfolio. KEY RESULT AREAS Retention of corporate business Retention of Individual business Develop and implement relationship management strategies and partnerships for corporate business Identify and execute growth opportunities within corporate and individual portfolio Drive the cross-selling of AAR products within assigned portfolio Identify process improvement areas

DUTIES INCLUDE Follow up on all service queries for members within assigned portfolio and resole within 24 hours.

Monitor communication between AAR and members within assigned portfolio.

Prepare and dispatch renewal proposals at least 45 days before policy date. Schedule renewal meetings and drive renewal negotiations. Schedule and run quarterly service meetings for corporate clients. Schedule and participate in quarterly health promotion activities.

Liaise with Customer Service Executives to ensure proper tracking and follow up of Individual renewals.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES Achieve targeted retention level in assigned portfolio Drive corporate and individual renewal payment to at least 14 days before policy date

Provide monthly retention statistics by 5th day of the subsequent month

Provide weekly feedback on performance of the assigned portfolio Target growth per month in existing portfolio Innovative ideas implemented Corporate Social Responsibility

LEVEL OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE University graduate, with 3years of appropriate experiences in customer service, sales and marketing. ICT competency OTHER COMPETENCIES Good people skills, self motivated and a team player.
