    1 Installation Information

    Files Necessary for Installation:


    The following files six files must be in the same Install directory for the installation process to be successful: setup.exe Setup.Lst Polyma1.CAB Polyma2.CAB Polyma3.CAB Polyma4.CAB

    POLYMATH Installation Steps:


    1. Close all other programs and turn off virus protection before initiation the installation of POLYMATH 5.1 2. Initiate install by executing setup.exe in this Install directory. 3. During installation process, only update files that are newer than those that you currently have on your computer. Note that this is a standard Windows installation procedure. 4. Ignore all "Access violation" messages such as one that may concern riched32.dll, but continue with the installation. 5. If you are asked to restart Windows, please do so. Continue or restart setup.exe after the restart of Windows to complete the installation.

    Execution of Polymath 5.1:


    1. Execute Polymath.exe to start POLYMATH 5.1. 2. You can "Create Shortcut" by a right mouse-click on Polymath.exe. This file can be dragged to the desktop window to have a direct icon for POLYMATH 5.1 execution.
