Infrastructure overview/ Installation and Commissioning

Plan, control and follow up the Project Execution. Preparation of project schedule plan, TXN connectivity & Material availability. Maintained the NW equipment (Towns covered, BTS operational) and Coordination with Corporate Project Team. Support after acceptance by customer. To ensure that all the contractual obligations and regulations are met.
