Panchayat Secretary Association state union, Hyderabad. **** ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read Government have created the post of Panchayat Secretary in each Gram Panchayat combining the Revenue and Panchayat functions. In the G.O. 2nd read above Government have issued A.P. Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service Rules for the post of Panchayat Secretary wherein the post of Panchayat Secretary was constituted into 7 categories. 2. In the G.O. 3rd read above Government have issued orders for formation of 12395 Panchayat Clusters in the state. In the reference 4th read above Government have issued orders regrouping the post of Panchayat Secretary from Seven Categories into four grades and fixed the cadre strength of each grade. In the G.O 5th read above Government have issued orders for revision of pay scales to the State Government employees and for fixation of pay in the RPS 2010. The A.P. Panchayat Secretaries Association in their representation 5th read above has requested to revise the Pay Scales of Panchayat Secretary Grade I to IV in RPS-2010. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby assign the following Pay Scales of RPS-2010 to the Panchayat Secretaries Grade-I to IV as indicated against the posts as shown below:
