On or before October 30, 2012, the parties shall confer and if, at that juncture, Plaintiff does not consent to withdrawing his complaint, the parties shall attempt to narrow the issues for the purpose of dispositive motions briefing. Thereafter, on or before November 2, 2012, the parties shall file a status report with the Court. If dispositive motions become necessary, the parties shall adhere to the following briefing schedule: Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment- due on December 14, 2012, Plaintiffs Opposition and Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment- due January 18, 2013, Defendant's Reply and Opposition- due on February 15,2013, and Plaintiffs Reply- due on March 1, 2013.
