Thank you for your enquiry regarding the possibility of having your wedding at Pandhari Hotels. We realize how important your special day is to you and we are dedicated to making the wedding of your dreams a memorable one. Pandhari Hotels offers three exceptional venues. You can choose a small intimate event on the Main Deck, an elegant affair at our Whitehouse or a grand reception for up to 500 guests in our Gazebo. We hope this brochure will provide you with sufficient information to assist in the initial preparation of your wedding. Our entire banqueting team remains at your disposal and a member of our team will help you through each and every stage of organizing your day. Venue Options
The Main Deck
This is an exceptional venue for an intimate wedding with its romantic lighting and scenic setting. The minimum capacity is 50 guests with a maximum of 100. However, should you wish to have a larger dance floor then we suggest you work with a maximum of 80 guests. Included in the venue we offer: A Chapel for the wedding ceremony with seating for a maximum of 60 guests The Bridal Suite for the newlyweds on a bed and breakfast basis. Beautifully manicured garden Function round tables & chairs for 100 guests Cutlery, crockery, glassware Cake table Linen- white table cloths and serviettes Backup generator Security Professional waiters Package fee $800 including vat & 2% Levy

The Whitehouse
This is a unique outdoor wedding facility sure to offer a memorable experience. The two tier deck for your wedding reception overlooking the pool can hold up to 300 guests and offering you the following: A chapel for the ceremony; Beautifully manicured garden for photographs The deck for the wedding reception The Bridal Suite for the newlyweds on a bed and breakfast basis. 10 Accommodation rooms bed and breakfast. Guests round tables and chairs-limited for up to 300 guests. Linen table linen and overlays (colours are limited) Cutlery, crockery & glassware. Welcome punch or tea & coffee served with homemade biscuits Gift table and cake table Professional waiting staff Security and parking attendants Stand by generator PA system for the ceremony only Package fee $4500including vat & 2% Levy

Gazebo
With a sitting capacity of up to 500 guests, the Gazebo will turn an ordinary event into an extraordinary experience. Offering:The Bridal Suite for the newlyweds on a bed and breakfast basis. 6 Accommodation rooms @ $70.00 per person sharing bed and breakfast OPTIONAL i.e. accommodation for the night of the wedding. Guests round tables and chairs-limited for up to 500 guests. Linen table linen (plain white table cloths); serviettes; Cutlery, crockery & glassware (excl. wine and champagne glasses). Welcome punch or tea & coffee served with homemade biscuits Gift table and cake table Services staff ; waiters, waitresses Use of generator with fuel Onsite parking Package fee $3000 including vat & 2% Levy

DEPOSITS AND CONFIRMATIONS A 50 deposit of the total bill is required at the time of booking your wedding reception along with signed contracts. Please note that your date is not considered confirmed until this payment is made. This payment is non refundable if your function is cancelled. A further deposit of US$300.00 will be levied for breakages that may occur. Full payment is due 14 days before the wedding date. HIRING Hiring of additional requirements such as Canadian Gazebos (tent), fairy lights, bridal top table, (raised platform, curved trestle table, linen and bridal frill) red carpet, dance floor & wine glasses etc has to be done through Rooneys and you will be charged directly by them with no commission added. We will provide storage for the hired items, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or breakages. CATERING We do all the catering for our functions, and as a policy, we do not allow outside caterers (exceptions to be made based strictly on religious and/or cultural beliefs). We have a selection of buffet menus that we offer and request that you select as specified on the menu. The lodge reserves the right to vary the menu specified in the event of unavailability of any items. BAR Pandhari lodge offers a fully stocked bar and depending on your requirements can include local or imported products. The bar will be charged at Pandhari Lodge bar prices, prevailing on the day of the event. As mandated by the hotel regulations, all beverages must be provided by the hotel. Patrons or guests will not be permitted to bring into the Hotel or take from the Hotel, any beverages or food. We do not offer a cash bar. Your bar account will be payable at the same time as the final payment for the function and will be in addition to that charge. Last orders will be taken at 10:30pm and the bar will close at 11:00pm. Please advise your DJ or band that the music must be turned off at 11:00pm. DCOR AND FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS Flower arrangements and decor need to be organized by the client. Please ensure that your florist supply their own staff to assist with carrying of flowers and cleaning up after they have finished. Our wedding coordinator can recommend professional service providers who will assist with video, photography, decorations, table stationary, wedding cakes and table gifts to give your day its own individual splendour. MUSIC The lodge does not provide entertainment in the form of a music system; however we have various bands and discos that we can recommend who will provide music of your choice. Please take special note that the lodge reserves the right to have sound limitations after 10:00pm, in the

interests of our lodge guests and surrounding neighbours. Please check with your DJ or band as to what their requirements are. They will need to supply their own extension cables. We do have a large generator in case of a power failure. We also request that the speakers face towards the Whitehouse. ACCOMMODATION Pandhari has 71 rooms; if you need overnight accommodation please book them in advance to ensure availability. Please advise us if you would like an early check-in and late check-out after 10:30am in case you want a lie-in. CHILDREN If you are inviting children we advise that you bring along a child minder. The lodge has a swimming pool so we strongly advise that an adult accompany children at all times around this area. You will be required to sign an indemnity form. PARKING AND SECURITY There are enough parking spaces. Security personnel will guide the traffic and safe keep the vehicles. Guests will be received and directed to the reception. GRATUITY A gratuity is not included in the price; however, if you feel that the service was up to standard and you would like to pay a gratuity you may include it on your bill. It will be divided among all staff excluding management. BREAKAGES & DAMAGES Any damages or breakages to either Rooneys hired equipment or Pandhari Lodge equipment or linen will be charged directly to the client. Damaged items will be charged out at Rooneys replacement cost and included on your final invoice. We will advise you of any damages incurred during the week following your wedding.

START/FINISH TIME All our weddings are 8 hour functions. If you wish to extend beyond these 8 hours, you will have to make prior arrangements as well as foot overhead cost such as waiters over time. For evening weddings, our liquor licence extends to 22hours. Should you wish to extend the wedding beyond this stipulated time, we kindly advice that you apply for a late liquor licence. SELECTION OF FEATURES The wedding packages are fixed and if you wish not make use of any of the features no deductions will be made.

1. 2. 3. The 50% deposit to be paid to ensure confirmation and to secure your booking.2 Please note that this form has to be signed and returned to Pandhari Lodge upon making our booking. It will serve as a contract between Pandhari Lodge and yourselves. Pandhari Lodge requires full payment for the whole function 14 days prior to your wedding day. If full payment has not been received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the function. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the non-refundable venue fee will be retained by Pandhari Lodge. If your function is cancelled one week before 50% of your total catering will be charged. For cancellations within 48 hours 75% of estimated food and beverage costs will be levied as a cancellation charge. Any outstanding balance due after the function will incur interest at the bank rate if not paid in 5 working days. Hiring of any equipment or outside sourced fixtures will be charged directly to you without any commission. Whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the safeguarding of your personal belongings Pandhari Lodge will not be liable for loss or damage of guests belongings, hire equipment, wedding gifts or valuables. The Pandhari Lodge area and its facilities are used entirely at your own risk and neither Pandhari Lodge, nor any of its subsidiaries, employees, agents, managers or directors shall be held liable for any form of physical injury or death, whether direct or indirect, to any person/s or any loss or damage to any property which may be caused by theft, fire or any other causes whatsoever and whether attributed to Pandhari Lodges negligence or otherwise as a result of or in connection with the use of these facilities. We advise that children be accompanied at all times by an adult. Pandhari Lodge will not be responsible for any injury or occurrence. Please note all prices quoted are current and are subject to change without notice. In the event that prices change after payment has already been made, the difference will be charged. Food & Bar Prices are subject to change without notice. No outside catering and beverages are permitted on premises. Please be advised that the hotel will not allow anyone to either bring in or remove any food or beverages from the lodge premises. Please note that Pandhari Lodge reserves the right to alter this package at any given time. Should Pandhari lodge be delayed in or prevented from hosting the above mentioned wedding owing to an act of God, War, Civil Disturbance, Requisitioning, Government or Parliamentary restrictions, prohibition or enactment of any kind, import or export restrictions, strikes, lockouts, trade disputes, difficulty in obtaining workmen or materials, breakdown of machinery, fire, accident or any other cause whatsoever beyond Pandhari Lodge venues control Pandhari lodge shall be entitled to cancel or suspend the wedding without incurring any liability for any loss or damage resulting there from.

PANDHARI HOTELS POLICY ON SERVICE PROVIDERS Pandhari Hotels requests to know your wedding coordinator, dcor people, Djs and MCs two (2) months before the wedding date as we reserve the right to accept or reject some of the service providers.
