Immediate implementation of the Proposed Scheme of Service for Doctors and Dentists 2011 and Pharmacists 2012 (2 JG promotions) 4. The current KMPDU Collective Bargaining Agreement adoption 5. Tabling of and acknowledgement from Moi University and University of Nairobi of receipt of all school fees and tabling of student names for whom the fees has been paid. 6. Table circular from Ministry of Finance authorizing payment of all agreed allowances to all doctors in Ministy of Health, MTRH, KNH, KEMRI, All GOK universities 7. Table a list of all doctors who have been with backdating of promotion to the appropriate effective date of promotion. This applies to Ministry of Health, KNH, MTRH, KEMRI 8. Tabling of a commitment letter by the Attorney General of the implementation of the health service commission by 31st December 2012 9. An advertisement in the dailies for employment of 200 doctors. This number includes doctors to be employed by the two referral hospitals. The doctors will include MOs, Dentists, Pharmacists and Specialists. 10. Tabling of a directive setting up a committee to review postgraduate training policy. 11. A commitment letter signed by the ministry of finance and the AG showing commitment to funding of healthcare as outlined in the Musyimi Task force report. (Can be used in court by KMPDU) 12. Tabling of a reinstatement letter of Dr. Onyimbo Kerama and payment of a calculated amount of money for damages/suffering caused by wrongful dismissal from service
