Job Description
Role: Sales Manger

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Handling sales activities of Devagar Builders properties. Develop and execute sales strategy to meet KPIs and targets. Identify sales leads and potential business prospects. Conduct market research and keep abreast of market trends, market demand and comparable market sale prices. Receiving incoming calls from customer and attending to walk in customers. Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, road shows & project launches. Closely monitor for property transaction at booking stage. Conducting sales document preparations and necessary submissions to relevant authority. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Visiting potential customers/ brokers for new business. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database who are looking for that type of property. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property, pointing out its best features and handling all queries.

Job Profile and Qualifications: MBA/PGDM degree in Sales & Marketing Strong in inter-personality and out going Proficiency in English communication and computer literate Should be target oriented and aggressive selling skills is required. Male candidates with own transports.
