    Kindly close all open windows first. Go to view seleck toolbars.

    Remove allother toolbars Acept highlighted Bars As mention in the snapshot.

    Go to Internet Exploere - > Tools ->Internet options.

    Click on Delete Button

    Tick All Options and then click on delete Button.

    In General Tab -> Click on setting button.

    Click on Views Objects

    Select and Delete Domino Web Access 7 Control file from the open window if there.

    Close the window. Click on ok.

    Select Advance Tab -> Click on Reset Button -> say ok. Close your internet explorer.

    Open your internet explorer again. Go to tools ->internet options

    Go to general Tab - >Tick Delete browsing history on exit.

    Enable Active x Controls and plug ins settings as given below.

    Click Ok.

    Select Privacy Tab -> Remove the tick from Turn on Pop-up Blocked.

    Tick should be remove

    Say ok...

    Close and then open your internet explorer. Login your webmail. Below Screen will come. Say yes.

    Click on yes.

    Click on install button.

    Click on yes.
