Questionnaire for statistics:

I need to perform an analysis on the following questionnaire. The top portion is the list of the codes for the questionnaire. From the data I need to perform a t test to see if question means differ by demographic groups (q 32 is gender and 33 is age) Second I need to make a correlation table showing correlations among the question responses and correleation t test to show which are significant. Third, a multiple regression equation using key question (q1) as dependent variable and the other questions (in Likert scale questions) as independent. Solution: For t test we have significant difference between the males and females means for variable or question 19 and 27 only because here the p-value is less than the level of significance which is .05, rest all the questions does not show any significant difference with respect to gender. I have marked or colored with the yellow color to these results. Descriptive statistics for males and females are also given with this output for all the questions. For the variable age we have to perform ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) because here the groups are more than two because age is classified to 5 categories. Here t test will not be applicable so we have to perform the Analysis of Variance. The results are shown in the next worksheet with named as Anova for Age. Here Question 9, 20,21,22,23 and 25 shows the significant difference between means with respect to the age. Also the means plot given in the same sheet for more clarity. Correlation analysis is done in worksheet named as Correlation. Here all the correlation is given with respect to all the variables. Here wherever we have Sig. (2-tailed) value is less than .05, it means that correlation is significant at 5% level of significance. For example the correlation between q1 and cell phone provider is 0.4090219282441 with its Sig. (2-tailed) value as 0.07334, which is more than .05, so it means this is not a significant correlation. The last part regarding the Multiple Regression, which is given on the sheet named as Multiple Regression is given. The variables are entered as independent variable suggested by you, but neither this model is not significant at 5% level of significance nor any independent variable is significant at 5% level of significance except the interceptor variable.
