Dosage Calculation: Standard dosage rate = 15 30 ml of chemical per ton of distilled water produced. Production capacity of FWG = 25 ton/day Hence, Treatment used = 30ml/ton x 25ton/day = 750 ml per day. Flow rate setting Chemical tank capacity = 50 liters. Standard flow meter is adjustable between 0 100ml / minute Flow rate = 50 liters/24 x 60 = 35ml/min setting. This lasts for 24 hrs. A metering pump is used for this purpose.
