Unistructural I can describe one example of what Steinbeck tells us about human nature in chapter 2.

Multistructural I can identify and explain several of Steinbecks comments on human nature.
Relational I can identify and explain several comments that Steinbeck makes about human nature and can make links between several characters. Extended Abstract Having identified and explained and made links I can now show where Ive seen other examples of this type of writing before and give my opinion of it.
