    Motion by Commissioner Vath seconded by Commissioner Provencher, if the Commission after the
    workshops after all the vetting process for this project determines that it would like to move forward;
    the next step in moving forward would be to put out to a referendum to determine if the citizens of
    Flagler Beach agree that they want this project. The motion carried unanimously.
