    Help My sons recently registered to vote in PA.

    Along with a registration card the attached paper was included in a mailing today. Confused I called the Columbia County registration department they told me they were instructed by the State of PA to include the Photo ID notice even though the law was set aside for the 2012 election. So I guess the latest court opinion and order doesnt matter after all.
