Drawer 290247 Port Orange, FL 32129-0247 Re: Boundary Surveys for Land Trade ~ Flagler Beach, FL Dear David: It is our pleasure to present this proposal to provide you with boundary surveys and plats of three (3) separate parcels planned for exchange between the City of Flagler Beach and Flagler County. These parcels are mentioned in Jan Hancock's e-mail to you dated 14 January 2009 and are identified as Parcel Numbers 12-12-31-5150-00020-0010, 12-12-31-4500-00610-0010 and 12-12-31-4500-00590-0010. Scope: We will conduct an on the ground survey of all three parcels and create a plat of each suitable for recording with Clerk of the Court Flagler County. All of our work will be performed pursuant to minimal technical standards for boundary surveys under current Florida Statutes. Schedule and Fee: We will have this project completed within 30 days of your notice to proceed. Our fee will be based on a unit price of $1850 per parcel or a total of $5550 for all three. Accounts are due at the ‘completion of our final report. Geodetic Services, Inc. reserves the right to charge 1.5 % interest Per month on the unpaid balance of accounts due over thirty (30) days.
