1 Authority
The Board of Elections, hereafter as BOE, is authorized and required under S.G.C. VI §
303(C) to certify the candidacies of all eligible students who have submitted an official
Declaration of Candidacy form at the Compulsory Candidates’ Meeting and, within
seven (7) days, provided the BOE with ballot petitions bearing an appropriate number
of signatures.

2 Decision

appear on the 2009 General Election ballot:
