Kindergarten teachers Emily Davis & Lilly Auger

Welcome back to school students, parents, and guardians! My name is Emily Davis. I moved to South Tallcree in March of 2011 from Ontario. This year I am teaching Kindergarten at both North and South Tallcree Schools. Im working closely with Pam Auger and Lilly Auger to run Kindergarten 4 days a week. Last year I taught 1,2,3 at South Tallcree School. Im excited for the new experience of teaching Kindergarten. This first month of Kindergarten will be a big adjustment for the students, a new teacher, different schedule, and different work. I hope to make the transition easy for everyone. Looking forward to a fun and productive year!

My name is Lilly Auger. It is with great pleasure that I am now working with Ms. Davis and the Kindergarten class. I also help Mary in the kitchen when I have time. I have been working with students for many, many years. I have worked with a variety of students and age groups, including multiple grades. I am fluent in Cree and love incorporating cultural ideas into the classroom as well as in daily life. Handgames is my favourite of them all. I love working with students and look forward to the rest of the year!

Grade 1/2 teachers Erik Davidson & Yvonne Laboucan

Hello Parents and Guardians, I would like to take this opportunity to personally welcome you and your children to the South Tallcree School. I come from Edmundston New Brunswick, and this will be my second year of teaching at Tallcree. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, camping and travel. During this month I will be bringing my students up to speed; practicing their printing, spelling their names, and recognizing the letters of the alphabet. This will get the students ready for what I will be teaching them later on this year in grade 1 and 2. I am so excited about this upcoming school year and I wish you all the best.. Sincerely, Mr. Davidson

Welcome back to all the students and staff! Just a short introduction as some of you already know me, this year I will be setting up a new support program for the students to help them achieve their very best results. I am a long term teacher, for over 15 years, I have three cats, and a son in Edmonton. My home base is in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. For August I will be testing students so that we have a baseline to compare our year end results. I have now moved to South Tallcree and I am excited to get to know all the students and their families here. Here's to a great school year!!! Ms. C.

Hot Lunch Cook & Custodian: Mary Seeseequon has worked hard this summer to get our school ready to open in August. She continues to keep our school clean and has now taken on the hot lunch program as well. She prepares a tasty hot lunch for 35 students and staff everyday. Maintenance: Raymond Ladouceur is a key member of our school team. From relocating smart boards, to fixing intercoms, to moving furniture from the elementary school to the high school and vice versa Raymond has been keeping busy this school year.
