    OUTGOING REMARKS As our term ends we humbly submit to the next set of PMS Officers a promising beginning with great hopes and with an overwhelming preparation through the labors and sacrifices poured over within our term to construct a strong and flexible organization that aims to represent, involve, and empower its members through co-curricular and extra co curricular activities and projects, however, time is upon us to leave a few tasks that we werent able to finish such as the processing of our proposed revision of the constitution and the full implementation of the PMS Decentralization and Empowerment Plan of 2010 in which we entrust its continuity and fulfillment to the another Era of Leadership in our Dearly Beloved Father Organization. I also want to include in this Outgoing Remarks the compliance and strict observation of the following legislations passed: A) The PMS Judicial Rules of Procedure 2010; B) The PMS Internal Rules and Regulations 2010; and C) Resolution No. 1, Series of 2010 Lastly, I also want to remind the next set of Officers to observe proper and efficient documentation of all the undertakings conspired in the Prime Movers Society.
