TO: SLU NSTP OFFICE RE: PROGRAM PROPOSAL In line with the agenda of the Prime Movers Society to Involve and Empower Louisians in their Social Roles and Social Functioning as Responsible Social Beings. This Program Proposal is Officially endorsed for approval and implementation to the following stakeholders involved. The content of the program proposal would be program design and the strategies used to implement it in relation to increasing the awareness of Louisians on the current situation of the KASAMA/SSC as well as empowering non-officers in attaining the purpose and the goals set upon by the KASAMA/SSC. It also includes a comprehensive and systematic approach in social and political mapping as well as a guideline for geopolitical information system.
