    Ms Maryam Mahmood came to Joint Clinical Research Centre on the 12th of April 2012 for a Mantoux injection which in turn was given and reading taken after 72hours. On the 16th of avril 2012, Mantoux reading was made and findings noted that the injection site had reacted with a blister that measuring 16mm.
