Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal, Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent I, Mark Everett Austin, hereinafter Affiant states and declares under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the forgoing facts stated in this Affidavit are true and correct to the best of the Affiants personal knowledge, understanding and belief. Affiant is of the age of majority and competent to testify.

Affiant states IRS Agent R.BASILE employee #85-00554, without the scope of her authority sent IRS Form 668 Notice of Levy, to Four Corners Community Bank with Title 26 information on the back of the form. Affiant declares that Affiant is not involved in and never has been involved in a revenue taxable activity. Affiant states that Affiant does not fit the definition of employee in Sections 3401 and 6331 of Title 26 and that Title 26 has no nexus to Affiant. Affiant states that a lien or levy can be not enforced without a civil action being filed in a district court, according to Section 7403 of Title 26. Affiant states that no levy attached to the Affiant has been found in any courts, and believes that none exists, thus violating Title 26 and Due Process 4th Amendment protection. Affiant states that taking personal property from the bank without a court order violates Title 26 and Due Process 4th amendment Constitutional rights. Affiant states that Four Corners Community Bank will be complicit with IRS in violation of Title 26 without requiring confirmation and validation of an actual lien. _______________________________ Mark Everett Austin
