Are you correct with the time?? What was the purpose? Evan
On november 14, 2012 at 8:30 and 52 seconds I started a lab on reaction time in science class. during this lab my lab partner was even.during my research i learned the reaction times of female and male. My hypothesis was since i am a young human my average would be 0.09 seconds.
We decided the ruler drop as one of our test experiments because that is one on the best reaction times test we found on the internet. an the next test we did was a getting up test (to see how long it takes you to get up off the oor) because this test gives the motion of moving at a quick speed . the variables helped us by knowing how to do the whole experiment there were some errors during our lab like the time when someone got a good timing for test #2, but they didnt start the timer or in test #1 somebody didnt catch the ruler
could it be: These are some graphs Evan and I made about the ruler drop test.
These are some graphs of me and even data ruler drop test

this is our trial and averages here. 1 thing I learned from the data and observations is these test are sometimes easy and sometimes hard

I just want to remind you of my hypothesis. My hypothesis was since i am a young human my average would be 0.09 seconds. for the rst test was very close just 0.005 thousandths. But for the second test i was way off by 0.555. If you see on the graphs above there is all my evidence.
i think the most important thing that i learned is my reaction time itself and and how to control it and think hard enough to just control your reaction time and think about how fast your reaction time is. I enjoyed doing the experiment itself, but it was challenging. the hardest thing to do is nding the variables. nally this was really fun lab to do.
