It sounds a bit dramatic, but you wouldnt expect a car to go anywhere when it hasnt got any petrol. Just like that, your body needs fuel for all the different things you need to do, like travel to school, read or write or to play sports, and without it you can end up feeling tired and grumpy.

There are lots of different things you could have for a healthy breakfast. Breakfast cereals are a really good source of vitamins and minerals, and adding fresh or dried fruits can help you toward getting your 5 A DAY. Having a glass of fruit juice with your breakfast also counts.
Toast can also be a great start to the day, try adding baked beans or scrambled eggs to keep you full all morning. Also try experimenting with granary breads, bagels or pittas. And if you really cant face eating in the mornings you could try having a banana or yoghurt to keep you going. Overall, the best way to start every day is to have breakfast, giving your body the fuel it needs to get up and go. 6 5 4 3 2 1 7

Then you leave me no choice! I cannot stop your evil, but I can slow it down!
AK ZZ
I wont let you down, Sir. This I vow!
Days later...
I neutralized Nicholas power by reabsorbing the Chi energy back into myself. My bodys too frail to take it.. Im dying..
Listen carefully, Kai..The Book will vanish! It does this when an unworthy person is given its power!
Itll reappear when the right disciple is ready! Find that student! And beware of Nicholas! Even though hes gone missing, hell be back to stop you finding a successor!
