Banana Bread Cream Cheese cake Ingredients 20 vanilla sandwich cookies 1/4 cupmargarine or butter ,melted 3 packages (8 ounces

each) cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 3 eggs 3/4 cup mashed bananas (about2) 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.Place cookies in a blender; pulse until finely crushed. 3.Add margarine; process with pulse's until combined. 4. Mix in walnuts 5.Press mixture on to bottom of 10inch springform pan; refrigerate. 6.Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy. Add sugar and cornstarch; beat until blended.

Add eggs, one at atime, beating after each addition. Mix in bananas, whippingcream, and vanilla. 7.Pour cream cheese mixture in to prepared crust. 8.Place pan on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 200 degrees F and continue baking for 75 minutes or until center is almost set. 9.Loosen edge of cheese cake; cool completely on wire rack before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate ,uncovered, 6 hours. Allow cheesecake to stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. Serves 68 tip:Overripe bananas work great in this recipe!
