Italian Meatballs

lb. ground beef (defrosted) 1 medium egg 2 cloves of garlic tsp. salt 2 T fresh parsley 1/4 C breadcrumbs 1/4 C Parmesan cheese Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend together with hands. Then form the meat into balls. Place balls in a hot skillet and fry until all sides are browned.
